As the result of a recent promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner in our fantastic divisional team.

We are a divisional People & OD team supporting around 4,000 staff delivering a diverse portfolio of care including maternity, gynaecology and reproductive medicine, paediatric services as well as clinical support such as Imaging, Pharmacy and Outpatients.

Resourcing, retention and improving employee experience are our top priorities and we are looking for a progressive and creative people expert who champions people above process.

You will have experience of workforce planning, design and managing change; use data and evidence based practice and have a strong commitment to listening and involving employees in decision making and shaping plans.

You will drive and lead our programme of attracting and developing compassionate people managers, working closely with our OD and learning and development colleagues.

You will also champion equality of opportunity and work with teams to create inclusive work environments and culture.

Reporting to a Divisional Director of People, and operating as an integral member of the divisional senior team, the People Business Partner is responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management within their areas of responsibility and across the wider P&OD function.

The People Business Partner will also be the designated lead on various Trust-wide workforce initiatives and programmes, with responsibility for development and implementation.
