I am pleased to be supporting a purpose driven real estate business to appoint a People Business Partner to support developments across London.

The role..

Our client builds high quality homes across the UK, they focus on regeneration and working together with communities to ensure sustainability and nature rich developments. As People Business Partner you will be joining the People team to develop the HR offering alongside the Head of People and deliver a professional and seamless People service to your client group.

The role will allow the opportunity to be both strategic in supporting the creation of the overarching People strategy and understanding the business partnering support needed across your client area. It will involve the operational end to end employee lifecycle including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, HR compliance and employee engagement. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries in your client group and collaborate with your business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges and opportunities.

About you..

You will be an experienced HR generalist or HR Business partner who has worked within a multi-sited business ideally from construction, real estate or similar sectors. You will have excellent understanding of UK employment law and will have worked across complex employee relations across disciplinaries, grievances and restructures.

You will have proven ability to build and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business and able to demonstrate your experience working across the full employee lifecycle. As a HR professional you will be comfortable being self-driven, results orientated and ambitious.

This role is a great opportunity to work with the Head of People to really develop and progress the people strategy whilst also offering a true business partnering approach to your client group.

Working pattern : This is a full time 5 days a week role and you will need to be able to be in the London office or onsite across 4 days of the week. There will be potential for flexibility around this as the role evolves.

Location : London area or East Thames (you will not be required to cover both)

Salary : £60,000 + £6k travel allowance
