Our immersive VR training tool revolutionises soft and interpersonal skill development at all levels, offering experiential learning with real-time responses. We're seeking a versatile Immersive Learning Facilitator/Actor with improvisation expertise to join our dynamic team, based at our Nantwich office (FULLY ON SITE). This is a full time role, with hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with some flexibility required, based on site in our Nantwich office.

In this role, you'll:

- Coordinate the implementation of simulation sessions to meet educational needs and custom training requests.
- Deliver online/web-based meeting simulations.
- Conduct demonstrations for new and onboarding clients.
- Prepare and deliver allocated simulation sessions with precision.
- Operate as the simulator during scenarios.
- Respond promptly to Trainees and Facilitators in real-time.
- Adapt and improvise based on participant and facilitator interactions.
- Interface with software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues; maintain records of technical faults, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Acting skills to embody various personality profiles effectively.
- Expert improvisation abilities.
- The ability to adopt realistic accents.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- The capability to adapt quickly to live client responses.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexibility in their working approach.
