**The Short of it**

We are recruiting for the position of Administrator and Sales Negotiator to join our Estate Agency team

This is a full-time role on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The role is based in our Edinburgh office, with a competitive salary and access to private healthcare.

**About you**

This role requires solid IT skills, with proficiency in using estate agency CRM systems and Microsoft. Previous experience in an estate agency role is preferred.

**About the role**

This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

As an Estate Agency Administrator and Sales Negotiator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, whilst providing administrative support to our property sales team.

Other responsibilities will include
- Arranging property sales valuations and viewing appointments
- Following up on property viewings and providing feedback to clients
- Managing the pre-marketing process by liasing with photographers and surveyors
- Leading negotiations and managing the sale process for clients
- Keeping clients informed with progress reports while their property is live on the market
- Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the requirements of the firm and GDPR
- Fulfilling estate agency administrative tasks and any other duties as requested by your line manager

The salary for this role is competitive and includes access to private healthcare.
