**Caretaker Position in Norwich**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Facility Maintenance**: Ensure the upkeep of our facilities to the highest standards, including routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

**Groundskeeping**: Take charge of maintaining the outdoor spaces, including gardens and walkways, to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

**Cleaning and Sanitization**: Execute thorough cleaning protocols to provide a clean and hygienic environment for residents and visitors.

**Requirements**:
**Handyman Skills**: Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks and repairs.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in maintaining cleanliness and order.

**Reliability**: Punctual and dependable in carrying out responsibilities.
