Caretaker

YSA Education are currently looking to recruit a caretaker for a school in Northampton. To work weekends 07.00 - 12.00.
Duties include:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture and fixtures
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
**Skills**:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
