Day to day duties of the Internal Communications Manager:

- Manage the internal communication strategy and create communication plans
- Create engaging communications, content and campaigns
- Create digital content and copywrite for internal communications and external communications
- Organise internal campaigns and events, including webinars
- Regular reporting with analysis and recommendations based on internal metrics
- Collate feedback from staff regarding internal communications and issues.

Skills and Experience required for the Internal Communications Manager role:

- Demonstrable multichannel internal communications experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong copywriting skills
- Strong organisational skills
