Internal Sales Co-ordinator

It's Comms Centre’s mission to provide high-quality technology products and services that ensure that our customers are at the center of everything with all the support needed for their fast-moving agile business requirements.
The main purpose of the Internal Sales Co-Ordinator is to ensure the smooth processing of orders from receipt through to fulfilment. The role also involves maintaining and developing new & existing customers relationships.
**The Role and responsibilities**
Receiving customer purchase orders and transforming them into sales orders on the internal CRM.
Sending order acknowledgements.
Liaising with management and account managers to ensure a smooth order pipeline and the resolution of any customer issues in a professional, timely fashion.
Achieving / exceeding Sales Targets.
Achieving / exceeding SMART Goals.
Understand, develop, and promote the Company’s business objectives and participate with total enthusiasm and commitment to achieve and exceed them.
Represent the company to the customer to ensure that all business objectives are achieved; primarily looking at sales, margin, performance, and quality.
Agree with Management appropriate measures (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor performance to achieve the Company’s objectives, ensure that they are kept up-to-date and displayed prominently.
Ensure that you fully understand your work requirements and duties and have received the correct supervised training in accordance with the Company’s training requirements to enable you to undertake your duties.
Demonstrate product knowledge and ensure this is applied to all calls.
Answer the phones and deal accordingly.
Manage and update the CRM on the database.
Maintaining a good working relationship with the external based in the region.
Supporting the external with quotations and customer relations when out on the road.

- Strong professional communicational skills, oral and written
- To enjoy working with people
- A keen interest in learning and sales
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office, CRM package
- Good time keeping
**Essential**:
- GCSE Maths and English (A-C grade or above) or equivalent
