It's Comms Centre’s mission to provide high-quality technology products and services that ensure that our customers are at the centre of everything with all the support needed for their fast-moving agile business requirements.
We are currently seeking a hardworking team player with good people skills and a keen interest in administration and customer service to join our team based in Chatham Maritime, Kent.
A positive attitude and good attention to detail are a must, along with the ability to contribute to a team as needed, and the drive to manage new as well as existing accounts.
**The Role and responsibilities**:
- Receiving customer sales orders and releasing them to our warehouse for picking or purchasing for fulfilment.
- Liaising with management and account managers to ensure a smooth order pipeline and the resolution of any customer issues in a professional, timely fashion.
- Reporting to the team leader and managing a workload of orders and sending down as required.
- Sending out proof of deliveries and answering courier queries.
- Dealing with paperwork pulls and daily paperwork processing & filing.
- Any other ad-hoc admin, office support and commercial duties as required
**Experience**:
- Good attention to detail
- An understanding of the importance of keeping and maintaining customer information and records.
- A confident, positive, and determined approach
- Strong professional communicational skills, oral and written
- To enjoy working with people
- A keen interest in developing their customer service skills.
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office, CRM package.
- Good time keeping
**Essential**:
- GCSE Maths and English (A-C grade or above) or equivalent
