Our client in Cirencester is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to start as soon as possible.
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:30
As Customer Service Advisor you will act as the public face of the business, providing a ‘meet and greet’ service and answering telephone enquiries from customers who have been involved in an accident. Working closely with our vehicle damage assessment teams, you will guide customers through our repair claim process.
For this role you will need initiative, attention to detail and an ability to deliver great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. An outgoing positive personality and you will be confident when dealing with people at all levels. You will have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and seeking a role where you can make a difference and constantly learn new things.
