This is a full-time post that is primarily based at our QMC Campus with occasional working at the City Hospital site.

You will provide high quality administrative services to the Trust's medical undergraduate teaching team across the Clinical Phases of the course. You will work with mínimal supervision, managing your own workload to effectively deliver a wide range of administrative, organisational and some pastoral care duties.

You will play a pivotal role in providing support and information to the Director of Undergraduate Medical Education, Undergraduate Medical Education Manager as well as the Undergraduate Education Quality Manager who are responsible for the Trust's Service Increment For Teaching (SIFT) contract, which has a current value of £10.5 Million.

There will also be opportunity for continual professional development within the role with scope to support funding of courses and programmes relevant to your development needs in line with the role as well as your future aspirations.
