- **About this opportunity**
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our Family Help Service as an Early Help Officer (Hub), working alongside our Westmorland and Furness Safeguarding hub team.
- **About the role**
- As an Early Help Officer (Hub), you will contribute to the high-quality early support to children and families across Westmorland and Furness, providing Early Help consultation, multi-agency assessment, and guidance to professionals and practitioners carrying out critical front-line support to vulnerable children, young people, and their families with multiple needs. The role involves working alongside our Westmorland and Furness Safeguarding hub team to triage contacts, contribute to and undertake MASH episodes, and move contacts through the Early Help Pathways in a timely way.
- **Who we are looking for**
- We are looking for someone with a passion for improving outcomes for children, young people and their families, who can promote our vision for Family Help across Westmorland and Furness. Working within the Family Help Service, alongside the Westmorland and Furness Safeguarding hub, you will work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues across Westmorland and Furness, including schools, the voluntary sector, and many other agencies to implement innovative change in Family Help for vulnerable children and families.
- We are looking for someone with enthusiasm who has the right knowledge and experience, who can support and empower our teams and partners, and who can maintain a culture that places children, young people, and their families at the heart of Family Help Service delivery.
