**About the Role and the Team**
- In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products.
- We're currently seeking a dynamic Platform Solutions Consultant** **to join our vibrant Customer Success team in our London office. In this role, you'll report directly to the Head of Customer Success and play a pivotal part in empowering our clients' success. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize the utilization of Adform's tech-stack, enhancing media effectiveness and efficiency. As a Platform Solutions Consultant, you'll serve as the go-to expert on the Adform platform, offering technical guidance and acting as a key partner in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with existing clients, providing education, proactive support, and ensuring the best possible experience with Adform products.

- Become a strategic and technical powerhouse by learning about DSP, DMP, Ad Serving, & Reporting tech within Adform's full stack digital suite
- Manage your own book-of-business alongside an Account Management counterpart to ensure campaigns are successful and client needs are met
- Bring your analytical mindset: be able to review clients’ product deployment following best-in-class practice, and analyse client campaigns and data sets to identify how they can best run campaigns and upsell our functionalities to reach their goals
- Lead regular trainings with clients and agencies to educate them on how to use the platform in the best way and upskill them to become fully self-serve
- Collaborate with Head of Customer Success to advocate your client top priorities when it comes to product development features and needs
- Conduct client meetings, hot-desking, QBRs in conjunction with your Account Management Counterpart on key accounts; present analysis of product adoption, campaign performance and identify the value our platform brings to clients and present this accordingly
- Leverage our internal resources (Adform Academy, Webinars, Product Experts, Support Teams etc.) to upskill your knowledge across our core products and our identity solution, ID Fusion. A hunger for learning will serve you well in this role

- Previous experience in Solution(s) Role, with strong communication, strategy, problem-solving & analytical abilities
- At least 5+ years relevant ad tech industry experience
- Technical & operational experience across various products/disciplines within digital media & programmatic, such as any of the following: DSPs, Ad Servers, Reporting & Attribution, DMP/CDP/Identity Resolution, API.
- Understanding of HTML/5, JavaScript and current tracking technologies
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple regions
- Knowledge of recent market and industry trends
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
