**Your Role**:
As a Power Platform Consultant at Power 365 Solutions, you will:
**Develop Solutions**:Assist with the architecture, design, and deployment of solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Ensure high-quality technical delivery and adherence to industry best practices.

**Manage Client Solutions**:Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes. Conduct requirements gathering, develop detailed project documentation, and maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure long-term success.

**Mentor and Develop Teams**:Mentor junior consultants and contribute to their professional growth. Assist with knowledge-sharing sessions, promoting best practices within the team. Encourage team collaboration and coordinate efforts across different departments for integrated solutions.

**Drive Process Improvements**:Contribute to the development and implementation of project management methodologies and standards. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.

**Handle Documentation**:Create detailed scoping documents outlining all aspects of the project, including timelines. Maintain key project documentation such as RAID Logs, Budget Tracker, and Project Status Reports. Use Azure DevOps to manage workflow and monitor project progress.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Advanced understanding and experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform.
- Proven track record in developing and managing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
- Experience in Financial and Wealth Management, Not-For Profit, Health and Social Care and Legal sectors (preferred).
- Good understanding and experience with Microsoft Dynamics and associated modules (preferred).
- Understanding of related technologies, such as JavaScript, plugins, AI etc.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client management and engagement abilities.
- A proactive approach to professional development and learning.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- The successful applicant must hold the full right to work in the UK without restrictions.

**Salary Band**:

- Power Platform Consultant: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
