As a family run business in operation for nearly 100 years we have developed into one of the North of Scotland’s leading Meat Wholesalers and we are proud to deliver to a wide range of customers from Independent Retail Butchers to Schools and care homes.

We are currently seeking a skilled butcher to work in our cutting plant. You will be responsible for de-boning Lamb and Pig carcasses and trimming Beef primal cuts to agreed quality specifications ensuring all quality & safety measures are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dingwall, IV15 9QF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Butchering: 1 year (required)
- Butchers & Meat Cutters: 1 year (required)
