Trainee Butcher/trimmer

As a family run business in operation for nearly 100 years we have developed into one of the North of Scotland’s leading Meat Wholesalers and we are proud to deliver to a wide range of customers from Independent Retail Butchers to care homes and hospitality.

We are currently seeking a **Trainee Butcher/Trimmer** at our **Dingwall offices**

Ideally we are looking for someone who has previous knife skills/butchery skills or someone looking to further their career within the Butchery trade, perhaps after a short break in career. You will be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to duties and strong desire to provide a great customer experience. Hours are Monday to Thursday 7am-16:30 Friday 7am-15:45.
