We are currently seeking a skilled butcher to work in our cutting plant. You will be responsible for de-boning Lamb and Pig carcasses and trimming Beef primal cuts to agreed quality specifications ensuring all quality & safety measures are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 43 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dingwall, IV15 9QF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Butchering: 2 years (required)
