**Boning Hall Supervisor**
As a family run business in operation for over 100 years, we have developed into one of the North of Scotland’s leading Meat Wholesalers and we are proud to deliver to a wide range of customers from Independent Retail Butchers to Foodservice customers.
We are currently seeking a Boning Room Supervisor to lead our butchery department and to continue to develop and grow our team of boners and trimmers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the daily throughput of our beef boning line and co-located multispecies cutting room.
- Provide leadership and ongoing training to all direct reports.
- Work with the Factory Manager to create and maintain product specifications.
- Managing the throughput of Private kill butchery and communicating cutting schedule to staff.
- Ensure Job Rotation of staff within the cutting room to make sure there is adequate cover for all activities within the area.
- Highlight areas of required improvement and implement a training plan to continue to develop our staff.
**Work Experience required**
- Experience of working in a boning hall environment.
- Good knowledge of Beef deboning.
- HACCP and Food Hygiene Level 3 training.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year
