- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Sage and accountacy tasks.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Social media management.
- Schedule appointments.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Provide administrative support.
- Ensure that all documents are properly filed and stored.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
