**About The Role**
Support delivery of the learning and development programmes across the assigned business area(s).Develop and integrate innovative end to end L&D process, manage training support and all related administrative processes, including reporting and evaluatingto inform strategic decision making. Liaise with internal trainers SMEs and external training providers & line management to ensure that course capacity is fully utilised, following up in a timely fashion with management and course providers. May be requiredto coordinate and monitor learning programmes, develop learning materials and communications, deploy and maintain learning tools and provide assessment reports on all L&D activities to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment.
- Provide administrative and logístical support before, during and after assess training programs conducted by the SMI Academy
- Schedule sessions, trainings and maintain the key development requirements by working closely with the Regional Talent Lead, SMI Academy local/Country L&D leads and SMI leads to ensure planning is linked to business plans and priorities
- Support in preparing and deploying training materials as and when required
- Coordination of any translation requirements for the Region
- Schedule facilities such as meeting rooms, e-learning sessions, webinars (assist technically when required).
- Maintain training records such as trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, feedback forms, compile post-training surveys, draw statistics and report on request
- Supply Monthly SMI Academy reporting on Key Performance Indicators
- Liaise with SMI Academy and line management to ensure that course capacity is fully utilised, following up in a timely fashion
- Support in the data gathering and co-ordination of the Sales Competency Framework outputs, e.g. No. completed by each Country, learning outputs required and liaise with the SMI Academy and Regional Talent lead on how these learnings are to be prioritised
- Additional Responsibilities
- Participation within Group L&D Community calls in the absence of the Regional Talent Lead
- Assign relevant eLearning modules on the internal system Percipio
- Support with financial reporting regarding allocated budget V spen
**Attributes**
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving with ability to multitask
- Excellent organisational and project management skills to prioritise work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent in desired native language and English both verbally and written.
- Experience of working in a large and or matrix organisation would be beneficial

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience as an administrative Learning and Development Assistant or Coordinator
