We are looking for an experienced People Administrator to join our team. The People Administrator will provide the People team with essential administration support in all areas of the employee lifecycle.

The role will be part of a close-knit team and play a vital role in supporting the wider People function. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to gain experience in a busy People function, or for someone with existing knowledge looking to increase their skillset.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 dependant on experience

Summary of Roles and Responsibilities

**You will**:
Be responsible for the upkeep of the Team’s inboxes (ITI People and Careers)
Action and respond to day to day routine HR and Recruitment related queries
Administer processes such as new starters, leavers and changes
Assist with the recruitment process (posting vacancies, sifting CVs, arranging interviews etc)
Provide administrative support to the People team
Upkeep of records to ensure they are kept up to date
Booking and administration of training courses and expiry dates for employees and any further support required by the T&D Manager
Management of the HR Information System (SageHR) - including updating leave entitlements, processing new starters, leavers and changes, managing the recruitment pipeline
Support and assist the ITI People Team in other activities as assigned

Summary of Requirements

**We are looking for**:
Previous experience working in an administrative role
Previous experience working within a People team function
GCSE / Scottish Highers at A-C grades (or equivalent)
CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards, or willing to work towards.
