Medisort are looking for a new member of staff to join their busy Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing clinical waste company.
We are looking for a confident and friendly team player who can provide excellent customer service.

A typical day would include:
- Clearing off and debriefing your allocated drivers via our bespoke computer system
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a prompt fashion, helping customers with their requests/queries
- Processing incoming requests from various contracts/councils and calling residents to arrange their collections
- Filing, printing and posting
- Preparing contract amendments and paperwork for customers
- Keeping a log of all communications between yourself and the customer
- A minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience, ideally in a busy fast paced office.
- Proficient in using Word, Excel and Outlook, full training will be given on our bespoke system MOPS
- Excellent communication, written English and grammar skills
- Good attention to detail, organized and able to manage tasks simultaneously
- Polite and friendly telephone manner
- Have a good working knowledge of GDPR
We are looking to fill 1 full time position, permanent hours will be Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with a flexible 1 hour lunch break.

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
