We are looking to recruit 4 new team members who are helpful, experienced Telephone Customer Support agents to assist with the booking of rentable healthcare equipment.

The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Flexibility to work weekends, with notice, at premium time and a half pay rate.

You will be experienced on incoming and outgoing calls, dealing with the public and internal colleagues within a busy team.

The ability to bring a cheerful, friendly tone is essential. The client works to deliver their rentable items to vulnerable people.

The experience preference is telephone customer service not Retail or Food customer service backgrounds.

Your role will include booking appointments with the public to arrange collection and delivery of products so a professionally telephone manner is essential.

There are various admin procedures to support the telephone role so great organisational skills are also required. Training on internal systems will be provided.

You will be required to submit for a Data and Barring Certificate (via the client) before work commenced. This usually takes around 5 to 8 days to receive back.
