We are currently recruiting for an** HR Advisor** to provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective operational Human Resources service and professional HR advice to all staff groups. As the** HR Advisor,** you will also develop effective and credible working relationships with the divisions and across the whole team to positively influence the experience. This role is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months and Hybrid with 2 days a week in a Salisbury-based office.

In your new role as the** HR Advisor,** you will:

- Manage a caseload of disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues advising and supporting managers and panels with individual cases, at investigation, hearing, and appeal stages. Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and best practices.
- Develop and review HR policies, ensuring that correct information and details are provided in terms of legislation and processes.
- Monitor Sickness absence and work alongside managers to reduce and maintain low sickness absence levels.
- Participate in Job Matching panels and the job-matching process.
- Participate in groups and meetings.
- Contribute to the effective communication of HR-related information by reporting on human resources issues and disseminating key information to managers and staff as appropriate.
- To Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people in compliance with Section 11 of the Children Act 2004; Undertake appropriate mandatory training and updates in safeguarding children/child protection.

To be successful in this role you will need to have HR knowledge and be able to follow existing policies to maintain patient safety. You will also respect the diversity of patients, their relatives, carers, and staff by committing to address the needs and expectations of the diverse communities they serve to provide high-quality care and strive to make the best use of talents and experience from the diverse workforce.
