**About The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Estate Services Team as a Sheltered Housing Cleaner.

In this role you would be responsible for ensuring indoor communal areas within our council Sheltered Housing Schemes are tidy, litter free, clean, and safe, taking an active part in estate improvements and carrying out their tasks to a high standard they aim to meet or exceed the Councils objective for Cleaner Greener Estates.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and undertake training to enhance your knowledge and experience in the wider housing department.

The role involves some Lone working at Sheltered Housing Schemes.
- 1 x 16 hours a week (Monday - Friday)

**About The Team You’ll Be Working In**

Estate Services is a fast paced, customer orientated service who take personal responsibility for all issues arising on our estates.

The team work closely with the Sheltered Housing Service, other internal departments, and external organisations to ensure that residents get the best service and opportunities to live independently and safely in their homes.

**About You**
