Lancaster City FC is looking for passionate and committed individuals to help run the club off the pitch.

You don’t have to be a Dolly Blues fanbut it helps

It’s an opportunity to not just follow a football team, but to help run it, making big decisions, and deciding and delivering on strategies that impact the future of the club.

It’s all part of the reorganisation of our Lancaster behind the scenes - helping build a more sustainable financial future for the club - that started with bringing in new manager Chris Willcock last month.

There are two specific positions we’re looking to fill at the moment - one focused on leading our Dollies in the Community work, the other leading our Commercial outreach. Depending on the applicant’s experience and expectations, these could be board positions, or leadership roles outside of the board.

But we’re also looking for engaged, passionate individuals who think they could help in other areas of the running of the club too - either at a board level or not.

These are voluntary, unpaid positions, and can have a massive impact on the future success of our club.

Commercial: Do you have a knack for building partnerships and driving revenue? We're seeking talented individuals to help us grow our sponsorship and commercial activities, ensuring the success and sustainability of our club.

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
