As a Videographer/Marketing at Beautology, you will play a crucial role in capturing, creating, and executing video content that shows our brand's ethos and aesthetic.

Your responsibilities will include producing engaging and informative videos that highlight our unique membership and skincare treatments, client success stories, product demonstrations, and the daily operations of our clinic.

Additionally, you will be involved in our social media platforms, striving to expand our online community and boost engagement through innovative and consistent content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a content calendar in alignment with marketing objectives, including special promotions and product launches.
- Generate creative video content ideas that resonate with our audience and reinforce our brand message, such as behind-the-scenes footage, client testimonials, and educational content on skincare health.
- Record high-quality video footage in diverse settings, including on-site at our clinic and during special events.
- Edit videos to create polished and captivating content for multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Be involved in all aspects of our social media presence, including content planning, posting, monitoring interactions, responding to comments, and analysing engagement metrics to refine future content strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and enhance promotional efforts.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media and videography to maintain fresh and engaging content.
- Use analytics to assess the impact of video and social media campaigns and guide data-driven strategies for upcoming content.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience as a Videographer or in social media, ideally within the healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in videography, video editing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro or CapCut and social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Exceptional communication skills with the capability to transform skincare and beauty concepts into captivating content.
- Creative and independent thinker with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred, along with previous experience or education in media or videography.

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
