You will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. Moreover, you will be responsible for supporting general factory and gluing department operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Feeding, Packing, and Palletizing**: Assist in feeding materials into machines, packing finished products, and palletizing goods for shipment.
- **Line Clearance Procedures**: Perform line clearance procedures to ensure smooth transitions between production runs.
- **Material Handling**: Move raw materials, production stock, and finished goods to required departments efficiently.
- **Housekeeping**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and buildings to ensure a safe and tidy work environment.
- **Labelling**: Assist in labelling products accurately and in accordance with specifications.
- **Pallet Stacking**: Stack pallets for recycling purposes, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- **Operating Pile Turner**: Operate the pile turner machine effectively and safely.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred but not essential as training will be given
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials as required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts after 2 weeks

First 2 weeks : 8:00 - 16:30 or 8:30 - 17:00

After 2 weeks rotational shift:
AM- 6:00 - 14:30
PM 13:30 - 22:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
