**The difference our new Leading Hand Supervisor will make**

As a Leading Hand Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a vital role at RAF Northolt, carrying out Supervisory Leading Hand duties on 12hr rotational shift basis.

Day to day, you’ll plan the weekly transport tasking sheets, fitting the complex customer transport needs with drivers and resources, carry out the daily supervision and management of Driver hours IAW Road Transport Law and Service Publications and issue tasked vehicles daily to the customer and internal drivers. Issuing all correct paperwork and following Service Direction and policies.

**Essential experience**
- Must have previous experience of supervising or managing a Mechanical Transport department
- Background Qualifications will be time served in the Transport Industry, and or the MOD
- Full clean UK driving licence, with categories B, C and D
- ADR Class 1 & 3 (desirable)
