**Pastoral Support Officer**

**Grade and Salary**:Grade 4: Actual Salary: £20,977 - £22,989 per annum (£24,496 - £26,845 FTE)

**Working pattern**:37 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year (Term time only plus INSET days)

**Contract term**:Permanent

**The role**:
The Pastoral Support Officer will provide support to a designated Head of Year in pastoral matters and in particular with behavioural issues, safeguarding and parental engagement. The role will support the Attendance Officers with attendance issues within their designated year group.
