**The Role**:

- In collaboration with the Outreach Revenue Marketing Team, the Event Program Contractor will manage event tracking, metrics and reporting, process lead uploads and pre/post communications, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate field programs. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of trade shows, ABM events, flagship activity and community engagement from ideation through to completion and follow-up.

**Location**:London UK. This is a hybrid role, our office is located 5th &6th Floor, 70 Wilson St, London EC2A 2DB, United Kingdom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management:Managing field events through project management tools like Asana.Creating and maintaining event templates.Developing and executing campaigns.Managing event calendars.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Supporting list pulls for events.Streamlining reporting templates and dashboards.Tracking and analyzing key metrics such as MCLs, MQLs, pipeline, cost per meeting, cost per lead, opportunity conversion, etc.Reporting on the impact of field events on target accounts.
- Event Coordination:Supporting event follow-up activities.Closing out events effectively.Managing event submission forms and approvals.Planning, producing, and executing both virtual and in-person field events.Acquiring attendee and sponsor lists.
- Field Operations Support:Assisting with field operations initiatives, including list uploads, data pulls, dashboard upkeep, and field tracking.Managing deadlines and key milestones for field marketing activities and programs.Supporting 20-50 events per quarter.
- Strategic Planning and Communication:Contributing to cross-functional program development efforts.Identifying and communicating risks and roadblocks to stakeholders.Identifying target audiences and segments for custom events and field initiatives.Supporting internal communication across multiple departments (sales, marketing, customer success) regarding expectations, goals, deliverables, event logistics, and performance.
- Conversion Rate Optimization:Assisting in developing strategies and tactics to increase MCL to MQL conversion rates from field programs and events.Conducting A/B testing, implementing new CTAs, and optimizing event content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience (2+ years) in marketing event coordination, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
- Salesforce experience required
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, event planning, and project management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and event management platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
