Events & Marketing Coordinator

Robert half is working with a large Global B2B Consultancy who are looking for an Events & Marketing Coordinator to join them until the end of December 2023 - 9 Month Contract. This individual will be working with the Head of Marketing & Marketing manageron coordinating multiple internal and external events throughout the year, both Virtual & Live.
**Events & Marketing Coordinator - 9 Month Contract - Hybrid - London bridge - Events - B2B**
As the Events and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing all of the company's B2B events, as well as supporting our campaign marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketingcampaigns and ensure that our events align with our overall business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Organize and manage all B2B events, including shows, conferences, webinars and more
- Develop event plans, budgets, and timelines, and manage all logistics related to event execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all events are well-coordinated and aligned with the company's goals.
- Develop event marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and drive attendance.
- Manage event registration and follow up with attendees to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure that all event requirements are met.
- Analyze event data and provide insights to improve future events and marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in event management and B2B marketing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in event management and B2B marketing.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors & key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of event marketing and B2B marketing best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- SalesForce CRM experience is helpful
