The Machine Shop Maintenance Engineer will work closely with a Shift Team to Maintain machines / plant and facilities on site.They will be a part of a highly skilled team and thrive in delivering high-quality results and always be on the lookout for improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Required to work as part of a team and follow instruction from Senior Engineers.
- Liaise with the Engineering Team and strive towards optimising and increasing efficiency of the plant.
- Propose improvements to all equipment in order to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Work within high Health and safety guidelines at all times.
- To always promote Health & Safety in the workplace, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging others when unsafe behaviour is observed.
- Ensure the appropriate and correct communications are conducted with Engineering Management for any issues and completed work.
- Ensuring all projects undertaken, completion dates are met within agreed the timescales.
- Report on equipment standards to ensure below standard equipment is addressed and improved.
- Work closely with the Service Team to ensure maximum effectiveness of the plant.
- Apprentice trained in an engineering discipline
- Multi skilled would be an advantage, but mechanical or electrical is accepted
- Previous experience working within a similar environment
- All activities to be carried out within Health & Safety guidelines.

**Package**:

- Days regular Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
- 30 days holiday
- Pension scheme
