**What the role of Executive Search entails**:
**Day-to-day responsibilities of Executive Search include**:

- **Market mapping-**refine and locate key movers and evaluate competitor behavior acrossthe market.

**What you will need to succeed in an Executive Search role**:

- Degree educated from a Russel Group University (preferred).
- 6 months previous sales experience (preferred).
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Winning mentality.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Competitive nature and winning mentality.
