**Responsibilities of an Executive Search Headhunter**:

- **Marketing mapping** and researching the industry.

**Requirements of an Executive Search Headhunter**:

- Degree from a Russel Group University (2:1 minimum).
- Previous sales/commercial experience (preferred but not essential).
- Efficient and strategic research skills.
- Process driven individual.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Resilient attitude/ ability to overcome obstacles.
