The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an MCR Operator to join our close-knit team As an operator, you will be responsible for coordinating and establishing incoming and outgoing video and audio feeds from Fibre/Satellite/Internet, ensuring the quality control of content and appropriate reporting of issues.

Your role will also include recording live programming, coordinating playout of live feeds and pre-recorded programs, and establishing and checking the technical integrity of incoming and outgoing video, audio and communication circuits and the distribution of these in, around and out of IMG Studios.

If you are highly organised with a logical approach to problem solving, have great attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills, then we want you on our team.

This position is shift based and will include weekend work/12 hour days. The current working pattern is:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Co-ordinate and establish incoming and outgoing video and audio feeds from Fibre/Satellite/Internet- Co-ordinate and establish incoming and outgoing audio and communication circuits- Quality control of content and appropriate reporting of issues- Recording of live programming- Co-ordinate playout of live feeds and pre-recorded programmes- You may also be required to carry out any other duties that are within the scope and purpose of the job

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Thorough understanding of broadcast specifications- Previous operational experience in an MCR or Technical Broadcast environment- Good understanding of TV technical and production techniques- Experience of pushing feeds to streaming platforms and IP Networking protocols- Logical and efficient approach to solving problems- Understanding of encoding theory, computer systems and networking- Understanding of video server technology
