The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.

Who We Are Looking For:
Working with the EVP, Global Production, this role is responsible for managing the technical, business, people and financial operation of IMG Studios. They will represent the Studios department within IMG Production and Studios senior leadership team and the broader IMG Media group. They will define and implement corporate strategy which promotes and increases the Studio department’s profitability and will plan and focus both people and technical resources on key business areas.

Key Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:

- Provide leadership to IMG Studios, providing a focal point for knowledge sharing across the operation, defining department objectives that align with corporate objectives and co-ordinating effort
- Take overall responsibility for the delivery of services across IMG Studios - ensuring clients and customer receive a first-class service
- Manage operational budgets, including preparing annual budget and three-year plan projections; approving and monitoring operational and capital expenditure.
- Plan new business initiatives including the provision of technical and operational facilities.
- Attend and chair Management meetings, advising on all operational aspects of the business
- Ensure that all departments comply with all IMG Studios and IMG Group policies and procedures.
- Consistently strive for improved and enhanced department performance, productivity and efficiencies across IMG Studios.
- Promote and live IMG’s objectives around Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion, instilling a culture of inclusion both within and outside the department.
- Liaise with Human Resources on all employee relations issues for IMG Studios, including performance management and disciplinary procedures where necessary.
- Act as focal point for knowledge and guidance for IMG Studios staff (including supporting improved performance, growing leaders and managing and nurturing new talent).
- Work with the Company’s Health & Safety Manager to ensure Facility operations are compliant with IMG Group Health & Safety policies. Including, attending IMG Media Production Health & Safety Meetings.
- Represent IMG Studios at trade conferences
- Carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

You Will Have the Following Strengths:

- Previous experience in Broadcast Studios and/or Television Outside Broadcasts, preferably in the UK.
- Good technical knowledge of television broadcast systems within Studios, Post-production, OBs, Transmission, Contribution and Distribution
- Current knowledge of IP architecture
- Awareness of best practice for Broadcast Resilience
- Knowledge of UK production and facilities landscape and trends.
- Experience of organisational development and managing change.
- Experience of managing people and large facilities teams.
- Considerable experience of budgetary control with budgets in excess of £20m.
- Experience of negotiating deals / contracts with broadcasters and other third parties.
- Confident interpersonal skills (when to employ tact, diplomacy, discretion)

- Experience of working for a large, global, matrix organization.
- Experience of working with a US parent company
- Experience of budgeting/planning/integrating new technologies and systems.
- Experience of TV rights and rights distribution and how it directly relates to and affects TV production and studio requirements
- Experience of remote working solutions
