Would you like to support shaping how we continue to improve Quality and Patient Safety within South West London? We are looking for an empathic individual to become SWL ICS Quality and Patient Safety Partners (Q&PSP) for SWL ICS

A Quality and Patient Safety Partner (Q&PSP) will be actively involved in the design of high quality and safer healthcare at all levels in the organisation.

This includes roles in quality and safety governance such as;
Sitting on relevant quality and safety committee's to support compliance monitoring and how quality and safety issues should be addressed and providing appropriate challenge to ensure learning and change.The Q&PSP should ensure that any committee/group of which they are a member considers and prioritises the service user, patient, carer, and family perspective and champions a diversity of views.

Supporting ICS work and models created to support Quality and Safety Improvement such as Mystery Shopping, Peer Reviews, Deep Dives, Review of Patient Experience Outcomes, and others

The Q&PSP will need to comply with relevant policies and maintain strict confidentiality in respect to discussions and information when required.
