Paid Search Executive
Location: Stockton-on-Tees

**Salary**: £25K - £30K
Full Time / Hybrid Role (Min. 2 office days per week)

Are you a PPC or Paid Search Executive who is on the lookout for an exciting new challenge?

Our client is a leading digital marketing agency, with significant investment and a great team They are
looking for a talented performance marketer as a Paid Search Executive, for their all-in-one marketing and
brand management platform. They pride themselves on creating an energetic company culture that’s

You might come from an agency or in-house Paid Search Executive background with hands-on experience
creating and implementing campaigns utilising a mix of digital channels. This is a flexible hybrid role with
just 2 days a week in their offices in Stockton-on-Tees.

The Role:

- As Paid Search Executive, you will be working closely with the Head of Marketing to shape the paid media
strategy and campaign performance.
- The main objective of this role is to optimise all paid media output to generate new leads and increase the
company market and customer base.
- You will have a real passion for digital, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to effectively utilise
the annual marketing budget.
- You will have proven hands-on experience setting up and executing campaigns autonomously
- You will have knowledge of budget management and how to increase ROAs using targeted activity
- Day-to-day tasks will include managing the spend, optimisation and reporting across all paid performance
channels including Google Ads, Bing, social media and Ads
- You will also be expected to review accounts, report daily KPIs and identify trends
- An understanding of web pages and CRO will also be an advantage though not essential

This is a perfect role for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to be instrumental in a
company’s growth strategy. Further training and development can be offered, as well as the potential to
introduce new paid media channels and grow your own team in the future.

About You:

- You will have excellent knowledge of paid performance channels including Google Ads, Bing, social media
and Ads
- You will be results-oriented and happy to take ownership of your own projects
- Having the ability to use your own initiative and be proactive as well as great time management skills goes
without saying.
