Social, Search, Channel Enablement Services Lead

The Social, Search and Channel Enablement Services Lead is a leadership position responsible for managing a dedicated team focused on delivering digital marketing services related to social media, paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), and establishing and operating channels for social and paid marketing campaigns. This role oversees the entire service lifecycle, from planning and implementation to ongoing operations and optimization, to ensure seamless delivery of these critical services across Pfizer's business units and markets. The Social, Search and Channel Enablement Services Lead plays a pivotal role in Pfizer's pursuit of breakthroughs by enabling effective digital marketing strategies that drive patient engagement and commercial success.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead a cross-functional team comprising Service Owners, Delivery Leads, and Technical Services Leads specifically dedicated to social media, paid media, search, SEO, and channel enablement services.
- Lead the delivery of ex-US paid media campaigns in alignment with global paid media strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop service strategies aligned with Pfizer's digital marketing objectives.
- Oversee the planning, establishment, and continuous improvement of social, paid, search, SEO, and channel enablement services, adhering to service design principles and industry best practices.
- Manage the service lifecycle, from requirements gathering and implementation to ongoing operations, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Ensure seamless coordination and collaboration between Service Owners, Delivery Leads, and Technical Services Leads within the dedicated team.
- Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and service metrics to measure and monitor service performance.
- Conduct regular service reviews and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Manage service portfolios, prioritize service requests, and allocate resources effectively within the dedicated team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful service delivery and integration with Pfizer's digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the dedicated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, security protocols, and industry best practices across all services delivered by the dedicated team.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in social media, search, SEO, and channel enablement, and drive the adoption of new strategies and solutions as appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing digital marketing services, particularly in the areas of social media, search, SEO, and channel enablement.
- Strong understanding of service management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Proficient in developing and implementing service level agreements, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with process improvement, change management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and technologies.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
