StocktononTees, United Kingdom Daisy Chain Project Full time

**Employability Coach**

**Job brief**

**Are you passionate about equality and inclusion? Could you support autistic and neurodivergent adults to find paid work?**

Currently in the UK, autistic job seekers have the highest rate of unemployment than any other disability group, with only 22% being in any kind of employment. At Daisy Chain we work hard to proactively challenge stereotypes and statistics by creating and nurturing opportunities for autistic job seekers.

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join our thriving adult services team as an Employability Coach, as part of our established Employability Service. If you have experience of supporting adults who face barriers into work and are comfortable at tearing barriers down, we want to hear from you. You do not need any autism experience as a full induction and training will be provided.
