Administrative Assistant

**Accounts Administrator**
I am looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator based in Harrogate, initially on a temporary basis to play a key role within the close-knit team in a local family business with an immediate start available for approximately 3 months initially.
Working 3-4 days per week with flexibility in days and hours paying between an hourly rate of £11.00 to £13.00 this is an opportunity to be part of a growing and supportive company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure smooth running of monthly payrolls
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Manage invoicing through the accounts system (low volume)
- Complete VAT returns as necessary
- Other administrative tasks where applicable in relation to payroll and accounts
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in Sage payroll and Sage accounts is essential
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
