£33,945 - £37,336 per year. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Co-ordinator in the Housing Section. A number of major digital projects are upcoming and this role will play an integral part in implementing them and modernising the way the service is delivered.

**Further information**:
The Housing Service is looking to modernise the way that it provides services and to make best use of digital technology. A number of major digital projects are upcoming within the Housing Service including cloud migration of the main Housing Management system, the procurement and implementation of an Asset Management system and the procurement and implementation of a Document Management system. In addition, we need to ensure that we make best use of our existing digital systems.

The main purpose of this role is to manage change to the digital processes within the Housing and Public Health Service. You will lead on identifying digital developments needed to modernise the way we deliver services and online access for customers/back office and support systems for staff.

You will be responsible for developing and improving existing systems to support the work of the Housing and Public Health function, managing these systems and produce management information. You will assist with the definition of digital policies and procedures, ensuring that the needs and interests of the Housing Service are fully recognised and understood.

You will provide advice and guidance on ICT purchases, co-ordinate the ordering and monitor progress on purchases. You will consult with colleagues and provide guidance and advice to users on digital processes, policies and other digital information.

Your role will also be responsible for producing and managing bespoke digital software/hardware/systems and training material. You will support/facilitate a culture of innovation, encouraging all staff to be proactive in identifying and suggesting areas for improvement.
