Front of House Supervisor

We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our busy and friendly team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including the dining room, bar, and reception.
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising front of house staff.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery of orders.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as menus, napkins, and condiments, and place orders as needed.
- Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
- Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: £11.44-£13.00 per hour
