You will be joining a small and friendly team that provide a great service for our trade customers. For the right person, we will provide full training and the opportunity to learn and grow. We are constantly looking to improve the quality of our products and service we deliver and you will become a vital part of our team.

**Key responsibilities**

Working alongside the rest of the team your main responsibilities will include:

- Processing and inputting orders onto the system.
- General office duties such as helping with answering phones.
- Filing.
- Helping other departments when required.

**Essential/preferable criteria**
- Order processing / customer service experience, preferable but not essential as training will be given.
- GCSE level in English and Maths
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when speaking on the phone to customers.
- Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Confident in building strong relationships with customers.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- A drive to learn and develop to become a vital part of the team.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
