Call Centre Advisor

Working 40 hours per week over 5x 8 hour shifts including weekends, within our busy call centre operation within the practice, you will be responsible for a number of duties on a daily basis:
*Receive incoming calls and booking appointments as appropriate or offering answers to enquiries being made.

*Make outgoing calls to confirm customer attendance at appointments and to book appointments for clinical follow ups at the request of the optometrists.

*Daily reconciliation of NHS claims and payments in relation to work carried out

*Administration of accounts and shared care frameworks with local companies, NHS Tayside, DVLA and many more.

*Till reconciliation and banking

*Ordering of stationary and clinical consumables.

*Setting up the practice ahead of opening time each day.

**START TIMES FOR THIS POSITION ARE 08:00 AND ARE NON-FLEXIBLE. WEEKEND WORK IS ALSO PART OF THE MAIN HOURS WORKED ON A REGULAR BASIS. THIS IS NOT A MONDAY TO FRIDAY JOB AS THE PRACTICE IS OPEN 7 DAYS PER WEEK.**

**HOURLY RATE is paid at NMW/NLW for your age.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
