**Finance Administrator - Biggleswade - Brand New Warehouse - Monday to Friday**
**The Role**
As a Finance Admin you will be managing the Time & Attendance for around 200 colleagues to ensure the operations align with the vision of the company and our customer SLA. You will be supporting a small but busy finance and planning team to manage customer expectations, promote the goals of the organisation daily with each employee, while optimising and improving the bottom line. Attention to detail is key to this role, ensuring that staff hours are input and recorded accurately. You will have a good level of education, good communicator with an agile mindset - responds well to challenging, last-minute changes and resource planning environment experience is a plus.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Accurate registration and inputting daily worked hours for Core and Agency hours onto the Time & Attendance system.
- Liaise with the agencies on any hour’s queries, absence, holidays etc.
- Submitting weekly accurate timesheets to the agencies and resolving any queries in a timely manner.
- Submitting accurate weekly payroll submission sheets to Payroll Teams for processing.
- Raise and submit PO’s in Concur (Recording Orders on the PO tracker)
- Updating onsite Rota and site movements/on call list etc
- Running daily performance report from longbow and send it out the wider team.
- Providing support to the Planning Manager as and when required.
£28,000 per annum
**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
