**Accounts Administrator**
A fantastic opportunity is available for an Accounts Administrator based in Biggleswade for a multinational company. Providing support to the Finance team.
**What will the right person look like?**
The ideal Accounts Administrator will have previous experience in a similar role. GCSE in Maths and English. Computer literate. Must be a good communicator at all levels. Work effectively with suppliers. Must have excellent organisational skills.
**What will you be doing?**
- Maintain bought ledger.
- Prepare payments, via manual cheques, BACS and other e-banking software.
- Process intercompany invoices and payments.
- Input invoices, credit notes, payments and maintain ledger.
- Manage internal reporting, monthly, quarter and year end close.
- Prepare ledger reports and data for Group reporting purposes.
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with all suppliers, customers, and other departments.
- Work with the team to continuously improve both internal and external relationships.
**Hours/Salary/Benefits**
The Accounts Administrator will be based in Biggleswade, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Competitive salary, private healthcare, attractive pension scheme and 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Free on-site parking.
