Accounts Payable Administrator
- Processing invoices accurately and promptly
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely payments
- Assisting with month-end close procedures
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the accounting team on various projects
- Supporting audit processes when required
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Accounts Payable Administrator should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
