Would you like to work in a role that will give you broad exposure to all aspects of HR? Do you want to be part of a friendly and supportive team? We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our growing team and help us to deliver a world-class service to our Academies and Central Team.

You will be responsible for providing HR support to assigned Academies as well as strategically working with our HR Business Partners on project work and long-term HR strategies which will contribute to our continued success.

No two days are ever the same - this is an extremely varied role where you will support on all aspects on the employee life cycle relating to probation, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, family leave, resignations and retirement (and more) by liaising with managers, producing correspondence and updating our HR systems.

**_ Who we are looking for_**

Strong customer service skills are essential. You will need to be a friendly, confident and approachable individual who prides themselves in delivering a high standard of service. You will need a positive can-do attitude and confidence in dealing with a wide range of queries and talking to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Due to the nature of the role, you need to be able to high maintain the strictest confidentiality and integrity at all times.

You will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You'll be able to easily transfer your IT skills to learning our multiple HR systems.
